Book 3

“Ozark Mountains BLUE HOLE” by Rolland Love

A full moon. A blazing fire. The sounds of night creatures. Two brothers camped on the banks of an Ozark Mountains river are all alone … except for what is floating in the Blue Hole behind their tent.

Blue Hole is a mystery suspense novel set on the Jacks Fork River in the Ozark Mountains. A float and fishing stream named by Life Magazine as one of the most scenic in the world. http://theozarkmountains.com/ozark_mountains.htm

The idea to write the Blue Hole book came from growing up on the Jacks Fork River in the 1950’s when I helped my uncle run a float and fishing camp. The story is fiction based on a tale my grandfather told me about a murder downstream from our camp where a body was found floating in a swimming hole. The name Blue Hole comes from the color of a deep pool of water where a spring branch runs into the river from the mouth of a cave.
